Made from breathable polyester and butyl neoprene, it can fit both the left and right knee. With adjustable straps, the stabiliser can be custom fit to provide support to the areas that need it most.

Step 1
Open all closures and lay support over the knee, with smooth side facing the skin, and with single strap to the outside of the leg. Position hole over the kneecap. While holding support in place, wrap middle strap under the knee and attach the fasteners.

Step 2
Wrap each of the two remaining straps under the knee and attach the fasteners. Seek medical advice if in any doubt about injury.
